Swim Workout Description:

Focus: Sorry if you love freestyle, you are going to work on all of your strokes with this workout!

200 free easy
200 IM drill
200 IM 25 kick/25 swim
100 scull
4 x 25 - one of each stroke, build from the middle of the pool to the wall
800 yards

Main set:
4 x 75 with :15 rest after each, completed as:
#1 - 25 free/25 fly/25 free
#2 - 25 free/25 back/25 free
#3 - 25 free/25 breast/25 free
#4 - 75 free

200 free hard - :20 rest
200 pull your choice of stroke with buoy and paddles - :20 rest
150 nonfree hard - :20 rest
