Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will support a return or an exchange within 45 days of the original purchase shipment date for items that are still in new and unused condition and in their original (undamaged) packaging (if applies).
Please note the following exclusions on returns and exchanges:
- Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Grab Bag suits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Select Facility / On Deck items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine an item is not in “new” condition - including undamaged packaging.
- Any item being returned or exchanged must be pre-approved (see below) and have a Return Authorization Number assigned – an approved Return Number MUST be included with the returned item / order to ensure we are able to process the return or exchange.
- Orders sent back to us that do NOT include an approved Return Authorization Number will be disposed of – we will not issue return credit or refund.
- International orders ONLY qualify for Exchange and cannot be returned for refund.
Tech Suits: Due to the unique nature and design of Tech Suits, we ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES within 30 days of the original shipment date from us and ONLY for a different size of the same brand and item style of the tech suit purchased.
If trying on a Tech Suit – that you would like to still qualify for an exchange – Undergarments MUST be worn when trying on (this does not include a bra).
The Tech Suit being returned for exchange must be in new and unused condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Any suits returned to us for exchange that do not meet these requirements will not be approved for exchange and we will return the tech suit to the purchaser. We will not accept any returns on Tech Suits for refund.

If requesting an Exchange – please have ready the item number, name, size and color that you would like to receive as the equivalent exchange.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (back to us) for any return or exchange.
- Return Authorization Number MUST be included with the item / order being returned.
- If the exchanged item qualifies for small parcel (ground carrier) shipping - We will ship the exchanged item at no charge within the continental U.S.
- “Over-sized” designated items, including orders shipped via LTL or via special carrier arrangements – Customer may be responsible for shipping charges to receive the exchanged item.
- Select “Drop Shipped” items may require a 25% re-stocking fee if returned or exchanged.
- International orders - that qualify for Exchange only – customer will be required to pay all related shipping charges to also receive the exchanged item / order.
- Please include the provided Return Authorization Number and Form.
- Any item / order shipped to us that does not have an approved Return Authorization Number will not be honored for return or exchange and will be disposed of.
- For approved Returns – please allow 30 days for refund to be processed to your account.

If you wish to make an exchange:
Please choose an item from the website before you start this process. When you find a product you would like to receive as an exchange, write down the Name, Size, Color & SKU. You will need this information to complete the exchange process.
Refunds on returns and canceled orders can take up to one billing cycle (30 days)
TheLifeguardStore.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are shipped free of charge - excluding International Orders/Exchanges
For International exchanges, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping, taxes and duties.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. TheLifeguardStore.com will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the shipment date. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Caller will receive a return authorization number. Please include this number in your box with a copy of your original invoice. Returned products MUST come with packaging and/or tags, and MUST be unused and in a resalable condition. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. (Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed and are not returnable). Please allow 30 days for credit to be processed to your account. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If the product is not returned to us within 60 days of the shipment date, it will not be eligible for a credit, refund or exchange. All returns must have a return authorization number.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to some vendor drop ship items.
There are some products that cannot be returned or exchanged. These products include:
Clearance Items: Items found in the clearance category cannot be returned.
Grab Bags: Any suit listed as a grab bag item is not eligible for return.
Customized Items: Customized items cannot be returned. These include custom screen printed, embroidered, heat
transfer, or otherwise customized items.
Gift Cards: Gift card sales are always final.
