Developed by Jun Konno, president of the Aqua Dynamics Institute, the V-shaped Kiefer Konno Wonderboard isn't a kickboard! This stability board is a great way to develop your core, build strength, or perform aquatic rehab exercises. Sit on the balance board to gently engage your body as you make small adjustments to stay balanced, or kick your feet to build leg strength without having to support your whole body in the water. As your balance, coordination, and core stability improve, kneel or stand on the board for a greater challenge.
