Kiefer Gives Back

Company founder Adolph Kiefer believed in sharing his talents to help others. An accomplished swimmer, his wish was for everyone to get in the pool and enjoy it as much as he did. Through its broad lines of equipment for swim teams, lifeguards and aquatic facilities, Kiefer’s mission has always been to teach and encourage everyone to learn how to swim, or at least feel comfortable and safe in the water. The company has long supported learning-to-swim initiatives and celebrates and honors those who swim and help swimmers realize their full potential.
Kiefer employees share their founder’s passion for the sport and also support programs that teach swimming and give back to local and national communities. Kiefer donated swim caps in honor of an assistant coach, supplied swimsuits for second graders and donated 10 percent of one-day sales for breast cancer research. Kiefer employees gave coats and packed meal kits for Feed My Starving Children, and the Kiefer office headquarters were a drop-off spot for Toys for Tots.
