Kiefer Returns & Exchanges Policy
We think you'll love what you ordered. But in case you don't - perhaps it doesn’t fit right or just wasn’t what you were hoping for - we'll send you a new or different size, color, style or item or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 60 days to return items with the following exceptions.
Kiefer does not accept returns on the following*:
- Custom or special order merchandise
- Used Swimwear or Wetsuits
- Merchandise that is no longer in its original condition, including products that have been used or modified
- Merchandise missing suit liners, parts, accessories, tags or original packaging
- Liquids or Nutritionals
- Clearance Items
- Grab Bag Swimwear
- Technical swimwear may not be returned without a Return Authorization from Kiefer. Returns on technical swimwear are limited to manufacturer’s defects and are accepted at the discretion of the Kiefer Swim Products Returns Department. All technical swimwear items are inspected prior to shipment to insure no rips or tears exist. Technical Swimwear returned without an RA will be sent back to the original purchaser. Please call Kiefer Customer Service between 8am and 6pm (CST) at 800-323-4071 for an RA number.
*If you return any of these products to us, no credit will be issued.
Racing lanes, starting blocks, lifeguard chairs, and pace clocks are all warranted against manufacturing defects but otherwise are not returnable.
How To Return
Please complete the Easy Return Form included with your order, identifying the order number, the item you are returning, quantity and reason for return (Reason Codes).
Enclose the Easy Return Form in the box with your item, use the return label provided for you and ship your return to Kiefer using the carrier of your choice. If you cannot find the Easy Return Form, please call Customer Service at 800-323-4071 and provide your order number, so you can receive an Easy Return Form by email.
