Kiefer is a well-known international brand with a reputation for innovative and high quality products. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on an order by order basis or to set up a continuing supply agreement.
You may place your order on our website at any time. Orders with a ship to address outside of the continental will be held for review by our order processing team. They will contact you to discuss payment terms and shipping arrangements. We will review your request and respond back to you within 1 work day.
Payment is requested prior to shipment on the first order. Terms may be granted for subsequent orders upon review and approval by Kiefer’s Credit Department. Kiefer accepts Wire Transfers, Letters of Credit and Credit Cards. Kiefer also accepts payment through PayPal as a convenience for all of our international customers. A foreign transaction fee may apply depending on the method of payment selected. When using your credit card, please note that you will be billed in USD Currency and your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the prevailing current exchange rate.
Order Processing Time
In stock items will normally ship within 2 work days once payment is received and shipping has been arranged. Custom items such as starting blocks, racing lanes, backstroke flags, custom apparel, etc. will take longer depending on the quantity ordered and the level of customization required. Our order processing team will be able to give you more information about our lead times for custom items. If you are ordering a large quantity of an in stock item (typically 25 or more units), we may not have the stock on hand to fill your order which could cause a delay in shipment. We will inform you of this at the time the order is placed.
All orders shipping outside the continental United States require additional shipping charges. Once the order is completed and the final destination is known, we will be able to determine the shipping charges and our order processing team will inform you of this amount. In many cases our international customers make their own shipping arrangements in which case we would prepare your order and have it ready on a prearranged day on our dock for pick up by your shipper. We will also ship to a freight forwarded in the United States if requested. Please note that the customer is responsible for tariffs, duties, import fees and taxes associated with importing the product from the United States to the final destination.
