The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson

The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson
Did you know that on Thursday, June 18th, the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson will be trying to break the Guinness World Record for most participants in an event geared toward water safety?  This is the event’s fifth anniversary and it just keeps getting bigger! Instructors and volunteers for this event can proudly call themselves Drowning Prevention Super Heroes and everyone who participates may even be able to call themselves a Guinness World Record Holder! With participants spread not only across the US but the whole world, it is likely you can find a local host facility to join in the fun and be part of a record breaking effort!  In 2014 there were 22 countries supporting the event and over 35 thousand participants. Facilities can register as hosts to this epic event until June 5th with the actual event occurring on June 18th at 10 AM.
