Most orders ship FOB Zion, Illinois or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.
Damaged Truck Shipments
All truck shipments must be inspected for damage before receiving. Please note any damages on bill of lading with shipper and contact Kiefer Customer Service* within 10 days of delivery.

International Shipping Policies
Orders delivering outside the U.S.A. will be shipped in a single shipment once all products are in stock. International customers should choose "International" as their Shipping Method during checkout. Kiefer will contact you with service options and shipping costs.
Orders delivering outside the U.S.A. are subject to customs fees and import duties. Duty and taxes must be paid by the customer. If you refuse payment of these fees, you will still be charged for the cost of shipping.
