1 x 300 - swim straight as 150 kick, 100 pull, 50 kick
1 x 150 (25 scull/25 build)

2 x 150 (first and last 25 are stroke) :20 rest
6 x 50 choice kick :05-:10 rest
4 x 75 IM order (50 drill/25 swim) :15 rest
