Kiefer Surge Starting Block

Designed to work with or without timing systems, the Surge starting block provides an economical modular design that is stylish, functional & durable. Design features include a side mounted step, powder coated stainless steel column for long life, modular column to house timing equipment/wiring for a tangle-free deck and a hybrid stainless steel/high density polyethylene platform with non-slip surface for easy placement and removal of timing system RJP's. Grab rails and foot chocks are available as an option. Foot chocks are self-storing and have 5 adjustment positions spanning 12-1/2". The Surge starting block accommodates deck-to-water level of 0" - 12" with a nominal setback of 12". Platform Measures: 24" x 32" long.

The Surge starting block conforms to all FINA, USA Swimming, NCAA, and NFHS specifications.

Timing systems are not included with the Surge starting block.

You can choose from a variety of standard colors for pedestals and anti-skid colors as well as customize each block with school/team logos. Surge can also be custom painted in two-tone schemes to match your facility or school/organization colors.

All Kiefer starting blocks are made from the highest quality materials and are fabricated and assembled in the USA.
