All prices are FOB Zion, Illinois or point of origin. Sales tax will be applied to Illinois, Texas, and Wisconsin customers unless a resale/exemption number is on file. We reserve the right to correct website mistakes and update pricing without prior notice.

Shipping Policy
The cost of shipping your order is your responsibility unless otherwise negotiated. Orders ship Ground Service unless otherwise specified.
UPS Next Day and Second Day Air orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday- Friday, are eligible for same day shipment. UPS delivers Monday-Friday only. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by Kiefer Customer Service to approve additional shipping charges prior to shipment.
All orders ship FOB Zion, Illinois or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Some items are subject to additional shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges and will be contacted by Kiefer Customer Service for approval prior to shipment.

Returns
Authorized returns in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after shipment of order.
Due to Health Department Regulations, we are unable to accept returns on worn swimwear.
Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed, and are not returnable.
Videos and worn wetsuits are NOT returnable.
Returned merchandise credit must be mailed with a Return Authorization Number and Customer Number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You will be assigned a number when you call us for information regarding returns. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping and reshipment on exchanges. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. Refunds
Refunds are generated upon return resolution in the original method of payment only. If original payment was via check, then refund checks are issued within 30 days of return resolution.

Swimwear
Suit care: DO NOT machine wash. DO rinse in fresh water and hang dry after use. DO NOT put in laundry dryer or store wet. PLEASE be aware that certain light colored swimsuits (i.e. red, white), even with double liners still have degrees of transparency when wet. Colors cannot be guaranteed completely sun or colorfast. Dark primary colors are generally more colorfast than bright colors. Due to Health Department Regulations, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear.

All warranties are subject to manufacturer’s terms.
