Event Sponsorship Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Adolph Kiefer and Associates. In order for Kiefer to consider a request for event sponsorship, we ask that a written proposal or letter of request be submitted on official letterhead to the Event Marketing Department a minimum of 90 days in advance of the event or program start date.

To be considered, we require the inclusion of the following information outlined below. Please be sure to include the appropriate contact information, including email if possible.

• Name of event
• Type of event/ a brief synopsis of the event
• Date(s), including the date by which any donations would need to be received
• Location
• Number of participants and/or spectators
• Media associated with the event
• Details on additional exposure, promotional and/or sponsorship benefits
