Shipping Policy

| The cost of shipping your order is your responsibility unless otherwise negotiated. Orders ship Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Some items are subject to additional shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges and will be contacted by Kiefer Customer Service for approval prior to shipment. |

Expedited Shipping
|
| UPS Next Day and Second Day Air are premium services and as such are subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by Kiefer Customer Service to approve additional shipping charges prior to shipment. UPS Next Day and Second Day Air orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, are eligible for same day shipment. UPS delivers Monday-Friday only. Most orders ship FOB Zion, Illinois or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Tracking Numbers are available from UPS at 7:00 PM on the day of shipment. After we transmit the tracking number, it takes at least two hours for UPS to process the number into their system. |

Damaged Truck Shipments

| All truck shipments must be inspected for damage before receiving. Please note any damages on bill of lading. In the event that the shipping function for Kiefer.com is momentarily interrupted, shipping charges will still be applied to Internet orders. Customers will receive an e-mail message detailing these charges. |
