Expedited Shipping

Next Day and Second Day are premium shipping services subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by Kiefer Customer Service to approve additional shipping charges prior to shipment. Next Day and Second Day orders placed by 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday, are eligible for same day shipment.

FOB Information
|

Most orders ship FOB Zion, Illinois or origin unless otherwise negotiated. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Damaged Truck Shipments
|
|
All truck shipments must be inspected for damage before receiving. Please note any damages on bill of lading with shipper and contact Kiefer Customer Service* within 10 days of delivery.

In the event that the shipping function for Kiefer.com is momentarily interrupted, shipping charges will still be applied to Internet orders. Customers will receive an e-mail message detailing these charges.

Shipping to Canada
|
|
Canada bound packages are subject to Canadian customs fees and import duties. Duty and taxes must be paid by the customer. If you refuse payment of these fees, you will still be charged for the cost of shipping. Choose "Standard Ground" to select US Postal Service for Canadian order shipping destinations.
