| Authorized returns in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after shipment of order. |

Not Returnable
|
| Due to Health Department Regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn swimwear. Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed, and are not returnable. Videos, DVDs and worn wetsuits are NOT returnable. |

Return Authorization
|
| Please call 888-794-6346 or 847-872-8866 for more information regarding your return or exchange. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number when you call us. Returned merchandise credit must be mailed with a Return Authorization Number and Customer Number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping and reshipment on exchanges. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. |

Refunds

| Refunds are generated upon return resolution in the original method of payment only. If original payment was made via check, a refund check will be issued within 30 days of return resolution. |
