| To access your Kiefer.com account, please enter your email address and password on the My Kiefer.com login page. |

Changing Personal Information
|
| Customers can update their personal information by logging into My Kiefer.com. After logging in, customers will have the ability to change their email address, password, billing information, shipping addresses, catalog subscriptions and email deliveries. In addition, customers can view their order history, track recent orders and make a quick order by product number. |

Password Help
|
| If you forgot your password please enter your email address on the My Kiefer.com login page and click the "I Forgot My Password" button. Your password will automatically be e-mailed to the e-mail address you entered. |

No Shopper Account
|
| If a customer logs in, entering their e-mail address and password, and sees the following message:
Login failed, user with this e-mail address does not exist.
They may need to create a new account. Or, if they had an account under an old e-mail and they still have access to the old e-mail, they can update the new login themselves. However, if they no longer have access to the old e-mail account, Kiefer Customer Service can reset the account from the customer's old e-mail to their new e-mail. To have your account reset, please send both old and new e-mail addresses to Kiefer Customer Service. |

All prices are FOB Zion, Illinois or point of origin. Sales tax will be applied to Illinois, Texas, and Wisconsin customers unless a resale/exemption number is on file. We reserve the right to correct website mistakes and update pricing without prior notice.

Quantity Discounts
|
| Our website does not currently allow quantity discounting in situations when ordering multiple sizes and or colors of an item. For instance, if a customer is ordering several swimsuits in different sizes, styles or colors, discounted pricing will not be awarded due to separate product numbers. In these situations please contact Kiefer Customer Service to order multiple items with a quantity discount. |

Checking Product Availability
|
| Shoppers can determine the availability of a product by going to their Shopping Cart or Wish List after items have been added to either respective list. The Shopping Cart will display the stock of each item as either A – Available or B – Backordered. Products on backorder may be purchased, but may not ship immediately with the rest of your order. The Wish List will display an Availability link that customers may click to learn more about the product. Products that display: The product [name] is not available for sale. are out of stock products and may no longer be purchased. Please contact Kiefer Customer Service for availability and expected ship dates on backordered products. |

International Shipping Policy - First Time Customers

APO and FPO order destinations:Choose US Postal Service for orders delivering to APO & FPO and other overseas locations - UPS will not deliver to these locations. In an effort to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, Adolph Kiefer and Associates, Inc. requires FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES to prepay their order using one of the following methods: |

• Check drawn on US Bank (7 – 11 day delay for check clearance)

• Wire transfer

• Letter of Credit

Orders submitted for fulfillment that use any other method of payment will not be authorized to ship.

Swimwear Care
|
| |
| Do not machine wash. Do rinse in fresh water and hang dry after use. Do not put in laundry dryer or store wet. Please be aware that certain light colored swimsuits (i.e. red, white), even with double liners still have degrees of transparency when wet. Colors cannot be guaranteed completely sun or colorfast. Dark primary colors are generally more colorfast than bright colors. |
